Call for Abstracts

We warmly invite researchers, academics, and industrial practitioners from around the world to submit abstracts for this prestigious international conference on electrostatics. Held every four years since its inception in 1953, the conference provides a unique forum to share the latest advances, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations across the broad and evolving field of electrostatics. We encourage and welcome contributions from all areas of the discipline, including new areas that may not be listed.

As in previous conferences in the series, there will be some sessions built around the themes of presentations made by invited speakers, including the Bill Bright Memorial Lecture, and we encourage submissions that fit within or are closely related to these themes.

Suggested Topics

Abstracts are encouraged in areas including, but not limited to:

  • Atmospheric electricity
  • Bioelectrostatics
  • Biological applications
  • Dielectrophoresis
  • Electrohydrodynamics
  • ESD
  • Electrostatics in combustion
  • Electrostatic effects in drug delivery
  • Electrostatic microencapsulation
  • Electrostatic precipitation
  • Electrospinning
  • Electrowetting-based microfluidics

  • To begin your submission, please create an account and choose a memorable password. You will need these details to access your submission and complete event registration.
  • Enter the abstract title in Title Case (maximum 25 words).
  • Select your preferred presentation format (oral presentation or poster). While the organising committee will consider your preference, the final format allocation will be determined based on programme requirements and availability.
  • Enter all author names and affiliations in the relevant fields.
  • Complete the abstract text and any additional information requested in the submission form.
  • Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Submit your abstract for review.

If all required fields have been completed, you will be able to submit your abstract. Incomplete submissions can be saved as a draft and returned to at a later date.
